About Us

Lauren Stewart is the owner and manager of Lulie’s. She Graduated from Auburn University with a Major in International Business. Lulie’s on Cahaba was opened in mid July of 2009. The name “Lulie’s” came from a nickname Lauren’s family and close friends called her when she was younger. To this day her sister and parents still call her Lulie or Lu for short. Several ideas for names were brainstormed but nothing else was as personal as Lulie and represented her as much.  

     Juli is originally from Ecletic, Al and went to study Apparel Merchandising at the University of Alabama. During and after  college she managed a boutique based in Tuscaloosa as well as interned in at BCBG in New York. She has recently moved to Birmingham and we are happy to have her work with us. She is currently working towards a masters degree in Financial Planning. You will see her here most days as our full time employee.

  Cassie is a student at UAB and is undecided as to what her degree is, its changes weekly : ).  Cassie grew up in Pelham, Al not too far from us. She is extremely outgoing and will help you with all your clothing needs

Kate has been with us since the spring of 2011 and is such an upbeat personality. Kate is from Atlanta, Ga and is currently attending Samford University.

You might occasionally see these two characters in the store. They are Lauren’s parents’ Everett and Lissie Stewart. They have both been instrumental in the success of Lulie’s on Cahaba. Lissie works on some days and assists Lauren in the buying at Market. Everett likes to start up conversations with the customers without introducing himself…so remember this face, he might be there on your next visit!
